The political crisis in Guinea-Bissau met another chapter on Monday.
The Regional Court of Bissau ordered the immediate suspension of the standing committee resolution of the National Popular Assembly (ANP) of Guinea-Bissau which suspended the functions of 15 members of the PAIGC party in government.
The order is the judge Lassana Camara, the civil court of the Regional Court of Bissau, who accepted the precautionary offers presented by MPs Abel da Silva, Abdulai Baldé and starch Keita.
The 15 deputies claim that the decision of the ANP standing committee violated the Guinean Constitution, the deputy status, regiment Parliament itself as well as the principle of contradiction.
